All eligible items must be returned in unused condition, accompanied with original receipt and packaging within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns are no longer accepted. In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted; this includes any item not in its original condition, or items damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.
After your return is received and inspected, if approved, a refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days, and you will receive an automated email notification. If we have questions or we are unable to issue a refund, we will contact you via email.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of receiving your refund notification email, first contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank to determine their processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at email@example.com and reference your original invoice number.

The customer is responsible for non-refundable return shipping costs. If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Return to Store Location
Depending on your method of payment, you can bring your return to our Brantford location, where our team members will be pleased to assist you. Please remember to present a copy of the invoice e-mailed to you, either printed or on your mobile device. Refunds less any shipping costs will be issued via the original method of payment, including purchases made with Credit Card or Gift Card.
Defective items (including "final sale") may be eligible for replacement or store credit. The merchandise must be assessed and deemed defective by a Campus Crew team member. To return your defective merchandise for assessment, please follow one of the above return methods.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
Orders purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a refund to your PayPal account when you mail them back to us. If you return items purchased via PayPal in store, we’ll exchange them or issue you merchandise credit.
Holiday Return Policy
Effective Now - We will gladly accept holiday returns until January 5, 2021. Holiday returns accepted on orders after November 15, 2020. We will gladly refund or exchange your regular price unworn item(s) within 14 days of purchase or delivery, accompanied by your invoice/receipt.
